How do I buy a painting
Click on any “Buy Now” link you see beside the painting you wish to purchase. The link will take you to the Protx secure server where we accept the credit/debit cards mentioned After completing your order you will be sent a confirmation email.
Total cost of a painting
The price of the painting, packing, insurance and freight cost is provided automatically before you purchase. If you live in Mainland UK, Northern Ireland or Eire the price of the paintings on this site includes shipping, packaging and insurance and VAT.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes we do! After purchasing your painting online and you decide its not for you, send it back to us within 14 days and we will credit you with a full refund minus the cost to us for sending it to you plus any refund costs levied by the credit card providers. If the painitng is damaged in any way no refund will be offered and you will be obliged to pay all costs in returning it to you, so its in your interest to pack it very carefully
Can I pay for a painting by cheque
Yes, Please choose the painting you wish to purchase then please contact us to ensure the painitng is availbale and we can reserve it for you.. You will then be given the instruction on how to send us send us a (GBP)sterling cheque only, made payable to Art Ireland Ltd for the amount agreed, once the cheque has cleared we will dispatch your painting.
Purchasing by Credit Card
For your financial safety, we adopt very strict security procedures and double check all transactions.We will only send paintings to the registerd address of the purchasers credit card.
Currencies we will accept
Ireland Art can show you approximate values in the six major currencies, listed below. When you purchase online via your credit/debit card will be debited in Pounds Sterling. Our exchange rates are updated daily and are for your information purposes only, the rate that is applied to your purchase will be determined by your credit/debit card company on the day your card is debited.

How are the painting's sent to me
All our paintings are shipped normally via Royal Mail's Parcelforce who offer Worldwide distribution. We dispatch in secure and robust packaging ensuring your painting arrives in pristine condition. Should it arrive damaged we will arrange for it to be collected at no cost to you. You may choose to have the painting repaired or we will make a full refund. Please be aware all paintings are dispatched without frames and are suplied in what we call the raw state we recieved them from the artist.
How long will it take to deliver my painting
Delivery is normally within 3- 4 working days from the date of dispatch toUnited Kingdom, Northern Ireland and Eire addresses. Orders dispatched internationally normally take 7 working days after dispatch. We aim to dispatch your artwork within 2 working days from when you place your order. Please note we dispatch only Monday through Friday only.
How do I cancel an order
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us immediatley. If your order has not been dispatched and not been sent through to our credit card provider then we can cancel it without any cost to you, but if your order has been dispatched or put through our credit card system then a charge back cost will be levied and you must send the painting back to us at your cost. .
Can I arrange a commission
Some of our artists may do commisssions for us. Please contact us if you would like to commission an artist to paint a picture for you
How to exhibit with Ireland Art
We are always looking for interesting and exciting Irish artists If you think you would like to work with us then send us photos of your work and your profile. We will then get back to you to discuss your proposition.
